Michael Yauger Served in Vietnam as a Hawk Hunter Killer Team Leader with the 173rd Airborne Brigade conducting counter insurgency and counter guerilla operations in the central highlands of Vietnam.

Worked for CTS Driver Training in Human Resources in concert with the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs and then became an organizer for the Teamsters Union in 1991.

Yauger is one of the most recognized figures in Illinois for his work with Veterans, Reserve and National Guard communities. He is now taking the protocol defined in Illinois for Helmets to Hardhats in partnership with the Employer Partnership Office to all fifty states with support from General President Hoffa on behalf of the Teamsters.
